The staff was efficient and courteous, everything was fantastic. The standard queen room was authentic and well-designed. Large bed and great service. Palais des Festivals - Old Port district won't disappoint you. We had a fine experience.

Best possible location, brilliant service - overall brand-new. You could walk to the markets and shops. The pool was heated and the views were good! This hotel was good value, seeing price-lists in other hotels.

Enjoyed location and staff, they were wonderful. Plus their wifi was excellent. Found in the interesting area, the hotel offered good prices. Besides, it was not too far away from downtown, that worked for us.

I stayed here for 3 nights and loved my choice. Good value, unbeatable location, good hot breakfast, extremely helpful stuff. Its standard double room had functional furniture. Close to the beach that was ideal. Excellant reception: )
